IPF LAUDS GOVERNOR YAHAYA BELLO ON THE APPOINTMENT OF HEALTH COMMISSIONER

The Iyale Progressive Forum (IPF) has lauded the Governor of Kogi state, Alhaji Yahaya Bello over the appointment and swift swearing into office of Dr. Zakari Usman as the Honourable Commissioner for the Kogi state' Ministry of health.

A statement by the IPF's National Coordinator, Mr. Peter Zakari divulged; 'the development came as a result of the governor's love and kindness in his heart for the people of Dekina LGA.

"We thanked Governor Yahaya Bello for the appointment of our young and talented medical Doctor, who had passed through many medical trainings with lots of experiences recorded by him over the years. It would also ensure the Inclusion of our own into the cabinet level and for the timely and effective management of our health workforce and facilities across the state. We believe in the capacity of Dr. Zakari Usman and his ability to take Kogi State's health management systems into the world class levels for optimal performance", also added.

The former Chief Medical Director of the Hospital Management Board, Dr. Zakari Usman as the Commissioner for health shall do more for the state and the people through the grace of God.
