 The PAAU Alumni Associations has felicitated with Barr. Muhizdeen Mohammed  on  the recent elevation to the rank of Senior  Advocate  of Nigeria  SAN.   In a press release personally  signed  by the National  President of the  Association , Mall.  Ibraheems Yahaya  in Lokoja,  stressed that  the award  was a well deserved one owing to the fact that Barr. Muhizdeen  is a dedicated and financial piller of the Association. The National President enjoined Barr. Muhiz  to use his  new position to continue to render selfless  service to humanity.  Mall Yahaya called on members to be good  Ambassador of the the Association and the  State  at large.

Justice has expressed pains and sympathy over the victims due to the recent unavoidable flooding that engulfed parts of Kogi state. Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello has been commended for giving priority to orphanage homes to ensure well being of the orphans. The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Orphanage homes for the twenty-one Local Government Areas of the State, Honourable Mrs. Serah  Ogido gave the commendation when she visited some orphanage homes in the state. Honourable Mrs Ogido described the Governor as a leader who is committed to ensure that children in orphanages were given adequate cares, stressing that it is in regards of achieving these aims that he appointed a Senior Special Assistant on Orphanage homes. The SSA who described the orphans as important as every humans in the society, said the essence of the visit was to identify the conditions and challenges, as well as well being of children in their respective orphanage homes and to contribute positively to their lives.
