Onu Ofabo Legal Tussle : Court affirmed Chief Moses Okeme Again.

The Onu Ofabo, Elder Chief Moses Okeme says his recent victory at the high court in Anyigba as the true occupant of the stool of Onu Ofabo is a victory for the people of Ofabo community.

He stated this after the high court in Anyigba struck out the case filed by one Elder Major Joseph Ameh Agada challenging his elevation to the stool as Onu Ofabo.

Chief Okeme, said the high court in it's wisdom after striking the case out for lack of merit  also awarded cost of damages to the plaintiff.

While appreciating the judiciary for upholding justice at all times, chief Okeme also  dedicated the victory at the court to his late wife, Elder Mrs Christiana Eyene Okeme who stood and supported him though out the court case until her demise early this year.
